SurvHive

SurvHive is a multiplayer first-person shooter with asymmetrical gameplay. The setting here is dark and sci-fi. The developers were inspired by the horror movie "The Thing" and tried to implement the concept from the film in the project. Alien films also had a great influence on the local atmosphere. In SurvHive, a group of people try to escape from a comic ship that is roamed by an alien creature pretending to be human. One user plays as this monster, and all the others play as humans. The alien tries to infect as many rivals as possible, and they, in turn, try to figure out the traitor.

Crew members are divided into 4 classes:

• Scientist – knows how to put on and use an invisibility suit;
• Soldier – can share ammo and detect a werewolf with a walkie-talkie;
• Engineer – repairs a starship, buys an exo-skeleton and installs security turrets;
• Cultist – places pentagram traps that identify the monster.

Random events periodically occur on board the ship. Either a fire will happen in the compartment, or the oxygen supply system will break, or there will be power outages, or even a leak in the reactor will occur. An alien can increase the frequency of such occurrences by actively sabotaging. The ship has many rooms and corridors. In the laboratory, you can gather in a group and donate blood to everyone to check if there are any infected people among those present. By killing and infecting enemies, the monster is upgraded and gains new abilities, such as moving on walls and ceilings or changing forms. People improve their perks through troubleshooting.
