The project from the indie creators from the KishMish Games studio has several modes, such as: standard scenarios with transportation without incidents, with the possibility of vehicle breakdowns, and "Disasters". The latter offers the gamer to try himself in the role of a person, which helps to evacuate victims in real emergencies, for example, during the explosion at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, when dropping a nuclear bomb on Hiroshima, or rescuing people from natural disasters in the south of China.

The project covers several time periods, for which many variations of scenarios have been created with all kinds of conditions for completing tasks. During the game in the town of Pripyat, the player will be able to appreciate the settlement before the terrible events of 1986, working on the route. The developers restored the architecture of those years based on numerous surviving photographs, trying to transfer everything as accurately as possible, up to the atmosphere of communism, which was felt even on the streets. After the explosion, the map changes, the territory of the Red Forest appears, and it is possible to see the exploded part of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.
