Chapeau is a casual multiplayer action game in which the player gets the role of a floating hat. The project is filled with all sorts of humor, which makes it memorable and fun. The ability to invite friends to spend time together in co-op mode only increases the fun you get from the gameplay. You can play with other people on the same monitor screen by dividing it into 4 participants. There are also single-player modes where the opponents are bots controlled by advanced artificial intelligence, which applies a variety of tactical solutions to create difficulty. To customize your hat, you use a special menu where all available skins are stored. In the same place, you can see the locked appearance options and describe the conditions for obtaining them.

A variety of game modes available to choose from:

• The floor is lava – each user competes with the others and tries in every way to prolong the fall of their headdress. Whoever touches the ground last wins. As an escape from gliding down, you can use people passing by, landing on their heads, collecting special bonuses, and so on.
• "Crazy Color" – shootouts between everyone at the same time in order to repaint the other participant in their shade.
• "Where's Wilhelm" – takes place on a huge map where a man is hiding. You need to find it before the others. The most attentive and nimble wins.
• Co-op – joint execution of assigned tasks, which vary depending on the map.
