Chaos; Head - A visual anime novel and the first game in the Science Adventure series. Schizophrenia most often leads to funny moments, while paranoia guarantees cruelty and violence. If you don't make any decisions at all, the hero will remain in the real world.

The events take place in 2008 in Shibuya. Takumi attends Suimei Academy, where the murder spree took place. The incident has been dubbed the Next Generation Madness. Despite the fact that the action takes place in real-life locations, many trademarks have been changed to humorous and fictional: We-Key Pedophilia, @-channel, MewTube, Deluoode and Taboo!.
