The gameplay is represented by a variety of powerful weapons and a deck of cards that affect tactics and combat. Card Hog contains a huge amount of black humor.

Dungeons include a huge number of obstacles, traps, and enemies. You need to fight with opponents directly with the help of a deck of cards. In these lands, there is magic that is available to the protagonist. On the hero's way, you will encounter many unique monsters and dozens of difficult bosses. Many of the leaders need to be discovered only by a thorough examination of the catacombs.

Each boss has an individual deck, and all available characters, including ordinary opponents, have their own characteristics and perks. Depending on the cards collected, the mechanics offer hundreds of variations of tactical duels. One of the main features of the combat system is humorous machinations. In addition to the story campaign, two additional modes are available: a multiplayer game that allows you to fight against other players and an arcade game where you need to fight against various enemies.
