Wild Russia is a casual survival horror adventure that uses vast open-world spaces to create atmosphere. This one-man indie first-person action game is set in a provincial hinterland somewhere in the vast Russian Federation. The project has a non-linearity, which allows the player to influence further events by making certain decisions.

The gamer takes control of an agent codenamed Red, working for the Russian special services. He will have to find a way out of the anomalous territory, immersed in darkness due to the ongoing paranormal phenomena. The area is replete with dark and deserted streets, abandoned residential buildings and premises, where monsters of various types have found their refuge.

Competent drawing up a travel plan and the ability to adhere to it regardless of what is happening are the main skills that will come in handy for a gamer in the game "Wild Russia". The player will often fall into traps, from which the only way to get out of them is by finding chains of actions that allow them to activate some kind of mechanism, clear a blocked passage or open a locked door.
