Valorant

Valorant is a multiplayer tactical action first-person shooter created by Riot Games, well known for one of the best MOBA games - League of Legends. Did the developers manage to make a Counter-Strike: Global Offensive killer??

The game is based on team confrontations in the spirit of CS:GO. Battles take place between 5v5 teams on balanced maps. Basically, at this point, the Riot Games project is no different from the mastodon of the genre - two sides are fighting each other, one is trying to place a bomb (Spike) in one of the strategically important points of the map, the second is defending and preventing the first one from doing it.

On the other hand, characters in Valorant are not soulless commandos or terrorists, but special agents who have unique skills: they can dash, set up walls and block passages, rain a volley of laser cannons on enemies, and plant mines. It's worth noting that some skills are literally bought before the start of the match, just like weapons.

Valorant fighters can:

• Viper – uses a toxic fog, in which she herself is well oriented, and the enemy dies from poisoning;
• Owl – shoots projectiles that scan the territory with a bow;
• Cypher is a scout who can deploy cameras and stun tripwires;
• Brimstone is a heavyweight who uses a wrist computer to spread clouds of fog, increases the rate of fire of allies, and summons an orbital strike;
• Sage is a medic who can resurrect units, conjure ice walls, or slow puddles;
• Jed is an agile and agile fighter who can teleport and jump (other characters do not have jumps);
• Phoenix is a specialist in the fire element and flashes. Can put up a wall of fire or blind opponents, creates a playable illusion.
