Lease new land to make more oil production points, install a modernized pipeline network that will increase the amount of oil flowing through.

The world's economy is volatile, so wait for the right moment to sell barrels of oil at the best price. After a while, you'll realize that someone is trying to become mayor in a city where you're constantly spending money on improvements. To do this, you will have to create an election campaign and show why you want to come to power, which will greatly expand your opportunities. Help people get back on their feet, and they'll take you out of the mud and into the oil. In Turmoil, you'll get in the way of characters whose personalities will either help you advance your career or leave you behind. Use a secure deal system to borrow money or buy oil for resale.
