El Presidente is back in Tropico 4, A game in which players will play the role of the ruler of their own state. You will have to build buildings, increase the population, conduct diplomatic missions and improve the quality of life in your own city. Stock exchanges, parks, shopping and entertainment centers, roads, residential buildings and skyscrapers are a small part of the buildings available to players.
