In The Swine the action takes place in the south of the United States. A house with a bunch of rooms and its territory are available for exploration. The interiors are worked out in detail. There is a full-fledged voice acting.

The protagonist lives peacefully with a girl in the countryside. But one day, strange things begin to happen. The hero discovers a mess in his estate and finds tarot cards. Soon, he encounters cultists who possess telekinesis. A man tries to find out that he is walking around wearing severed pig heads as masks.

The Swine is a classic indie horror game with a first-person perspective. The project is short. The game can be completed in an hour. And if you know what to do, you will be able to get to the final in 20 minutes. The puzzles here are simple, and you don't need to look for keys. There are no battles with enemies and stealth.

Cutscenes are presented in the form of dialogues on a black background. Periodically, the protagonist shares comments during gameplay. The gameplay itself consists of walking around the rooms, reading notes, and interacting with objects. There is an inventory with three slots. Items are few and far between. The plot develops in episodes. We are allowed to live for a few days. Every morning, the Sim wakes up and tries to remember what happened yesterday. The atmosphere in the house is gradually changing.
