Events T.A.R.S unfold in 2051. A disease swept across the planet, infecting more than 90% of the population. The first symptoms are similar to the flu, but then, to everyone's horror, people began to change. At first, their behavior changed. Then came the external changes, and they turned into unknown beings, which are now universally feared. It was after this that the T-Squad was created.A.R.S - Tactics & Rescue Specialists.

The protagonist of the game is a girl named Samantha. She had been a nurse before the incident and had only recently joined the ranks of the T.A.R.S as a Medic. Her combat training is weak, but there is no time to lose. She embarks on her first mission and must now keep a close eye on her surroundings if she wants to survive.

The game is a third-person shooter with high difficulty and horror elements. The player has access to an open world located on the coast of the British Isles. At first, only a pistol, a minimap, and a scant idea of the objectives are available. And the whole island is teeming with dangerous creatures. Ammo is scarce, life is only one. The challenge is to survive.
