Startup Freak –economic strategy, a simulation of creating your own business, in which the player takes on the role of a young entrepreneur who wants to rise in the production of software for different purposes. The game is developed by a small team of indie developers who debuted this project in the video entertainment industry. The thorny path to a multimillion-dollar corporation is filled with difficulties in the form of recruiting a team, testing developments, fixing bugs in an almost finished product, choosing a strategy for marketing and finding financial opportunities to create products. The gamer gets a spacious office at his disposal, which needs to be developed, furnished and expanded in the process of passage to increase jobs and overall attractiveness. Much attention is paid to servers and computers used for computational activities. The team that helps to keep the company afloat is recruited according to their characteristics, divided into 4 groups: design skills, technical, operational and sales skills. Each specialist performs his/her duties in the specialty. This is a condition for the most high-quality work of departments. Also, the player will need to attract third-party investors to increase financing, work out a favorable price for the product, and select the right sales channels to find a client who is ready to pay.
