SOULBOUND

SOULBOUND is an atmospheric platformer, the events of which take you to a gloomy world, where there is almost no light and you cannot meet a living creature. The protagonist is an ordinary white-haired boy who has been transported here from the real universe following his soul. In order to return to normal life, the protagonist must follow his own soul, which constantly leads him forward. At the end of the story, he is obliged to connect his body with this light bundle of energy and leave the dark world.

All levels of SOULBOUND are almost devoid of light, and therefore cause quite pessimistic moods, and the atmosphere throughout the passage remains tense. In order to understand the direction of where to go next, you need to follow the bright energy. The game does not give any hints about the plot and does not describe quests, and therefore the user has to figure everything out on his own, which makes the passage not the easiest.

In the levels, the player needs to solve puzzles and thus move in space to the end of the location. The tasks are mostly simple and require the gamer to use a certain mechanism, such as a rope, to climb higher or jump on moving platforms. There is no combat system, since there are simply no enemies in this universe. The gameplay is devoid of scenes of violence and bloodshed, and therefore is perfect for the younger generation.
