Seablip is an open-world piracy role-playing adventure about piracy. The gameplay is presented in a two-dimensional world with two directions and side scrolling. The user is able to extract resources, use them to craft tools, and then build houses or dig underground mines. The events unfold on the island of Siblipe, and the central character is a pirate.

Maps and a shovel will help you get treasure, and a fishing rod or nets are needed to catch fish. Provisions and purified water will be required here. There are no main tasks, the player can explore the environment and set goals on his own. You can find out why the polar ice is melting, or how to make untold riches as a lone pirate. The interface displays 9 slots where blocks, items, weapons or tools are stacked. Having obtained the required amount of materials, the user is able to build a warship, equip it with cannons and update the plating.

The passage begins when the ward inherits a small ship, and then moves to the island. Gradually, the user recruits new crew members with their own abilities and skills. The island is divided into several biomes, and the big threat is under the ice. Unlimited possibilities help to build original houses on small islands or in the water.
