SCP022 is a horror adventure set in the fictional world of the Foundation. The protagonist wakes up in a basement room in the morgue, and in further indications, it is clear that this is a city hospital in the UK. Anomalous events have been recorded here, for example, a box with a corpse can roll out on its own. This is what happens to the central character. He died and ended up in the morgue, but then he woke up and now his task is to leave this place.

In the process, the player will have to move through dark and scary locations, solve puzzles on the way and try to get to the exit. There are no jump scares, monsters, or terrifying creatures in the game. After recording such paranormal cases, it was determined that the revived corpses could die again and lie back on the shelf. No one has yet understood what kind of energy makes such the dead move. Scientists are investigating events and trying to figure out if this is a single phenomenon or if it is all related to the energy being revived.

The walkthrough lasts from 10 to 20 minutes of real time. The process is a simple escape from the room, and the protagonist is a human zombie. He is able to think, not aggressive, but he has risen from the dead and wants to find a way out. As you progress, the gamer earns achievements, and if you carefully explore each location, you can get to a dark corner with a tank and propane, and then use it.
