It is possible to play both in the first and third person. The visual style and sound palette is designed to evoke a sense of nostalgia for the 80s. The campaign will give you the chance to start your journey with a single vehicle that can be upgraded to earn money and experience. With the accumulated funds, you can buy new types of cars. On sports cars, upgrades significantly affect the speed and maneuverability of the car.

The gameplay invites you to rush through several unique worlds. Race around the track and overtake your rivals to the sounds of synthwave. In total, Retrowave presents 10 types of cars and 5 universes, each of which has its own unique appearance. There are 4 game modes to choose from. The game includes 45 tracks that can be switched at any time. Leveling is available, which allows you to improve both the exterior and interior parameters of the car. When buying a new vehicle, you can set color parameters and choose wheels. The atmosphere is made in a retro-futuristic setting.
