A training mode is available that allows you to explore the tracks. There is a timed mode called Popolopoy. You can increase the time by shooting a butterfly.

In Battle Mode, you have to fight your rivals during races. There are 3 modes: Battle of the Lums - Classic Deathmatch and Capture the Fly - Search for Colored Lum, working on the principle of capturing the flag. There are 11 types of weapons available in Rayman M, including fire bullets, buzzing rockets, fireworks bullets, object thieves, defensive barriers, and many other offensive and defensive weapons. This or that type of weapon must be used in different situations, developing special battle tactics. For example, knock an opponent off the track or completely stop the car.

The characters are Rayman, Globox, Henchman 800, Admiral Sharpbeard, Tinsis, Tiley, Tear Off and other heroes of the franchise. Each character controls a unique vehicle. Initially unlocked 5 characters. Other racers are unlocked in the process of completing or after meeting certain conditions. There are a total of 10 riders available.
