Rampage Miami is a fast-paced third-person shooter. The protagonist finds himself in a retro-futuristic city inhabited by hundreds of bad guys who want to arrange constant shootouts and sow chaos. The environment is made in a neon style, and the purple shade is the main color in the graphics.

Synthesizer music, neon lamps, retro style and other aspects convey elements of old-school projects. The user takes up firearms and edged weapons to confront numerous opponents.
