Project Z is a modest project that supports a VR headset. The character regains consciousness in the hospital, bewilderedly examining his own bloody palms, and vainly trying to remember whose face he so brutally smashed yesterday... As soon as he leaves the room and enters the hallway, he finds a clue at the other end, hobbling towards him at a brisk pace, and clearly determined to gnaw at flesh. A cataclysm turned humans into zombies. Now there is no escape from them anywhere. Project Z is developed in the genre of a casual game, and provides the player with fourteen levels of survival on the white-licked floors of a plague-ridden hospital. A full playthrough will take an hour, plus or minus thirty minutes of strenuous tossing and turning in search of a trap where you can lure the next body.

Sometimes bloody blotches are found on the immaculately clean floor, drawing the player's attention to quest items such as a key or an electronic pass. The hero is unarmed, but can use the doors to ensure that he escapes from his pursuers. The AI here is too simple to drop a wooden partition or press a handle like a character does. Sometimes zombies get stuck in textures, providing an extra chance to break away from the chase. But if the protagonist is overtaken, one blow will be enough to send the poor guy to the next world. Enemies can be pitted against each other, luring them into the same room, since the wards in this experimental center, as a rule, are all passage courtyards. The graphics are clumsy, and the inability to fight back is sometimes annoying, but the game is suitable for those who want to pass the time without finding fault with the design and depth.
