Horror Paranoid showcases Patrick Kalman's macabre first-person story. Many years ago, a guy lost his entire family due to a terrible tragedy. Then only his sister remained with him, but for more than 13 years the girl has been missing. One day, Patrick received a strange call. In it, the sister announced her imminent return. A guy who has been suffering from mental disorders for a long time finally lost touch with reality because of this call. Hallucinations and panic attacks do not allow him to leave the house, so he spends all his time in the apartment inherited from his parents. But soon it will become unsafe here as well.

The story of "Paranoid" takes place in the 1980s. The surrounding world consists of complete darkness and dangerous monsters. The dimly lit corridors are filled with pools of blood, lifeless bodies, and half-dead creatures. Monsters appear out of nowhere and seek to kill the protagonist. There is no escape from them, and weapons can only buy time for a short time. The most frightening thing here will be the complete loss of the line between reality and illusions.
