NAM Invites the player to become a Marine Corps sergeant. Alan Estmoreland, the protagonist, finds himself in the heart of a deadly Viet Cong raid. The jungle is a large battlefield that shoots from all sides. The user's task is to stay alive by guiding his partners through the hot spots of a vast location. Along the way, you will encounter ambushes, mini-traps, snipers, airstrikes, anti-personnel shells and crossfire.

The story campaign consists of 34 levels, gradually increasing the difficulty of passing. At the start, the gamer will face single obstacles, for example, only with snipers, traps or ordinary infantry. Over time, the difficulties are combined. Passing through a minefield, you will have to fight snipers, hide from airstrikes and hide at the same time. For shooting, there is an M16 rifle, flamethrowers, an M60 machine gun and a C4 explosive device.

Mine detectors will help you find traps, and armor will allow you to take less damage. The old-school game has a three-dimensional world with two-dimensional characters always watching the protagonist. They do not move, but simply shoot at the character on the spot, which makes it not difficult to hit them.
