An important role in the story, or as the creators call it "interactive fairy tale", is played by the character of the main character. Feste is extremely lazy, and spends most of his time dreaming in the pantry. It is on the shoulders of this guy that the fate of the world falls, because he is the last of the messengers. Guild Leader Noah entrusts his ward with an important mission - to deliver a message to the Hero, which will save the world of Avarange.

The gameplay includes a lot of funny dialogues with other characters. During the conversation, the player chooses answers not only for the main character, but also for the interlocutor. Also, the user will solve easy puzzles, explore locations and verbally fight bosses. The surrounding world is depicted in the form of stained-glass windows, which creates a special atmosphere of antiquity.

The fights here are turn-based and made in the style of Japanese RPGs. A number of scrolls with actions appear on the screen, one of which is selected by the user. The choice has an effect, such as completely blocking damage for 1 turn or reducing the enemy's will.

Adventure carries an important element of parenting. Gradually, the hero changes and struggles with his Laziness, which acts as a separate character. The player does not allow Festa to huddle in a secluded corner, but pushes her forward, to complete the mission. The former recluse will go through many things, including: repairing the bridge between the Worlds, visiting an enchanted tavern, meeting the singer Madeleine and the King of the Bards.
