Mad Cat's World. Act - 1: Not by meat alone... is a two-dimensional point-n-click adventure quest. The gamer finds himself in the near future - 2048. The alternate universe has a slightly different structure, and the cities have a completely different name than on the familiar earth. The settlement where the main character named Jack lives - the Engineering - is shaken by a series of strange incidents. Indie developers have taken care of additional activities for gamers, so they have added the ability to get achievements for certain successes in completing the storyline or finding secret territories.

The protagonist has a new, state-of-the-art hoverboard "Morcotron 3000". It has the property of nature conservation, so it uses carrots as fuel. This gives rise to many humorous scenes during their adventure together in order to find a way to bring WiNot home.
