Klang

Located in the land of dark neon colors, Klang will make you a rave warrior armed with a pair of giant tuning forks that have been dropped from the musical equivalent of Olympus. In the process, you'll have to confront a walrus man, cross the Limbo, defeat the angel of death, and sometimes deal with a giant skeleton figure that represents pirate music. The basics are there, but the story is a bit difficult to understand, however, at least the narrative will be able to captivate you.

Klang is truly unique, both in aesthetics and gameplay, and despite some uneven difficulty, its variety of levels, attractive look and sound, and easy-to-learn gameplay make it worthy of your attention.

The game can be completed in just over two hours, but that's only for the main story. You'll have at your disposal a series of bonus challenges, hidden tracks in various levels, and an unlockable "Nightcore" mode that subsequently increases the difficulty. Basically, there is still a lot of content to experience after that, including a visit to a real pirate bay where you can just enjoy the music. The soundtrack in Klang is a real highlight.
