KIDS

KIDS is an indie adventure project where you have to take control of a large group of children. The graphics are made in a fairly simple style and have white and black colors. Characters follow directions if you click on them while watching them from above. Click on the group to move it to wherever it wants. A kind of art-house shows how quickly children's worldview, their directions and goals can change.

The heroes will constantly change their direction, exploring all the horrors and beauties of the world. Gradually, the number of wards will decrease, since all of them cannot follow the same path. Their desires are different, but they prefer to move in a group. The gameplay is short and takes 30 minutes of real time. An animated game where crowds move with other groups until everyone runs away. In the walkthrough window, each child will find their place and part ways from their former partners.

KIDS was created by artist Michael Frei and programmer Mario von Rickenbach. Your wards will accumulate near a huge black hole, a kind of abyss, and then jump into it and travel through thin tunnels. At the start, you get a lot of kids to control and perform various tasks. They interact with each other and help their neighbors.
