HAAK is an action-platformer that uses metroidvania mechanics to create engaging gameplay from a mixture of different styles. The setting for this project, developed by the efforts of an indie collective without the support of world-famous publishers, is a post-apocalyptic distant future in an alternate universe. Graphically, the game repeats the retro style, using a camera on the side and two-dimensional backgrounds. The main weapon of the virtual protégé, with which the main character will spend all the time in the single-player story campaign, is the energy hook, which has a wide range of functions that help to overcome all the difficulties and traps set by the creators.
