Foretales is a card video game set in a fantasy universe inhabited by anthropomorphic animals. This once-flourishing world is on the brink of total catastrophe. The goddess Weaver, who once wove all living matter, handed over the furrows of rule to one of her first creations, the nymphants. They were blinded by the gift of power and decided to use it for other purposes than good. They have created a curse that can lead to an apocalypse and destroy an entire continent.

Only the main one will be able to save the universe - a thief and adventurer named Volepein. In Foretales, the storyline can unfold through several scenarios, each leading to a specific ending. The gameplay is based on duels and the use of cards, each of which has unique properties and design. The confrontation is divided into 3 rounds, and in order to win the opponent, you need to prevail in two of them. Competitors take turns putting their deck on the board.

Each cardboard has its own strength stats, as well as a passive or active skill. They are all divided by rarity and cost. Initially, the user is given a simple starter deck with the simplest cards. As you progress, more valuable specimens fall out, which will have a significant impact on the outcome of the confrontation.
