Desynced is a three-dimensional real-time strategy game. The indie project also has elements of survival and a colony management simulator. The title is made in a sci-fi setting. It has support for custom modifications. In the story, the hero travels together with artificial intelligence and robot colonizers between distant planets. The protagonist lands bots on the surface, while he himself remains in orbit and directs mechanical creatures from there. After completing tasks (gathering resources, exploring the territory, fighting the local aggressive fauna, building a base, and so on), he flies to the next celestial body, where the entire cycle repeats. The main character suffers from regular strange dreams and an oppressive feeling of some kind of threat.

The video game allows you to save your game progress and continue the session from anywhere. Maps are randomly generated. They change day and night. The story campaign can be played not only alone, but also together with friends. Also, users are allowed to fight among themselves. Co-op mode and PvP multiplayer are only available over the Internet. In addition, there is a set of challenges. This RTS stands out against the background of other representatives of the genre by the ability to customize units through the replacement of parts. You can give them complex orders and automate their behavior. Customization of buildings is also available. Players can install and replace components, as well as reassign functions to buildings.
