The gameplay consists in the fact that you need to run the map from point A to point B, along the way dodging enemy shots. The hero can switch between several types of guns and carry out kill chains.

Some enemies contain defensive devices, while others prefer to rush at the protagonist themselves. The gameplay throws up difficulties by giving out a small amount of ammo. That's why DESYNC requires precision and lightning-fast reaction times. Armed with two cannons, you need to rush through the location, collecting fragments.

With their help, you can upgrade weapons, expand ammunition and buy new skills. The fewer deaths there are per level, the more points the hero will receive. At the end of the chapter, there are tough bosses with special types of attacks and movements. The difficulty of the battle is that if you run out of ammunition, it will take a few moments for the gameover to come.

Each gun contains several firing modes, allowing you to experiment with tactics and try out a variety of playstyles. Leaderboards are present showing the fastest and best players.
