COCKHEAD is a casual action adventure in which the player needs to take control of a male reproductive organ and go through its journey to the very end. The camera used in this indie project is positioned to the side of the action, and the backgrounds, hand-drawn by skilled designers, despite being able to move in only 2 dimensions, are created in three dimensions. This is done to add depth to the picture shown on the screen. You can control the gameplay using a controller, which is more convenient for platformers like this one. The musical accompaniment, made in the style of jazz, relaxes and increases the level of enjoyment from the gameplay offered by the creators.

The plot of an unusual game, where the gamer takes control of a huge penis, will tell a cautionary tale that is endowed with a deep philosophical meaning - no one is born with steel genitals, only by passing serious life tests can you get an iron grip and balls. Of course, this is seasoned with a ton of vulgar humor, balancing on the edge of what is allowed, which gives the project a zest. The locations are memorable areas: a poor hospital, a sewer with otherworldly creatures, a stereotypical prison, a motel, and so on.
