Cake Bash is a set of mini-games for four players (missing players can be replaced by computer opponents). Various donuts, eclairs, muffins and other goodies sort things out among themselves and compete for the title of the best dessert. All this takes place in the scenery of a confectionery. The appearance of the characters can be customized. New skins are gradually being opened for them. Coins are given for participating and winning matches. Toppings are bought with them.

The competition lasts for several rounds, and they are constantly alternating. Sweets run away from a hungry pigeon, dodge knives flying from all sides, fight on the table, throw fruit into running yogurt, fish out foreign objects from a chocolate fountain. They also roast marshmallows on the fire, pour cream over cakes, throw strawberries, catch scoops of ice cream in a waffle cup. Many of these activities are timed.
