BioForge Unusually plays on a standard amnesia scenario move. The protagonist wakes up in an unfamiliar place and remembers nothing. But he soon realizes that he is on a scientific basis. A little later, it turns out that the research complex is located on the planet Daedalus, and this institution is managed by the sect of religious fanatics Mondit. The main character, by chance, gets his freedom and goes in search of answers. He also wants to get even with those who disfigured him.

BioForge combines several genres: beat 'em up, action, adventure. The cyborg hero can punch, kick, and head punch opponents. He is also able to run away, roll, and use improvised objects. In addition to hand-to-hand combat, the game has shootouts with the use of blasters and other guns. The atmosphere and setting of the project combine cyberpunk, horror and science fiction.
