Alcatraz

Alcatraz is a first-person shooter in which the game takes place in the prison of the same name on an island. If you crave bloodshed and like to fight off crowds of enemies, then this game is definitely for you.

The plot of Alcatraz tells us that a former US Army general acquires missiles that he wants to use against civilians. He takes over Alcatraz and makes it his villainous headquarters. The protagonist is an experienced warrior who is also a student of this general, so he knows his character, weaknesses and behavior like no one else. The command decides to send you on a combat operation to eliminate the general alone, landing you on the captured island.

The player is waiting for several hours of gameplay, in which he can enjoy an abundance of enemy soldiers, explosions and boss fights. You have 5 different weapons in your arsenal, such as: pistol, sniper rifle, AK and others. The walkthrough of the game consists of a constant battle with crowds of soldiers that the general has sent to defend the base. They do not shine with intelligence, so they do not pose a particular danger, only if you have not been surrounded by them.

The shooting in the game has a rather mediocre performance, as the weapons are not much different from each other, there is almost no recoil, and the sounds of shots are implausible, which negatively affects the feeling of shooting and weapons in general. In addition to crowds of enemy soldiers, sometimes their fortified representatives will be waiting for you. They differ only in that they wear a bulletproof vest that can be pierced with a regular clip. At the end, we will have a long and non-trivial battle with the invading general.

In general, the game turned out to be quite playable, the graphics leave much to be desired, but you can play it, because you practically do not need to think in it, just shoot and run to the end of the level. On this page, you can always download newest version of Alcatraz for free to pc.
