ADACA transports players to a fictional universe with sci-fi elements. The walkthrough begins with the protagonist being thawed by a strange man. After looking around and feeling himself, the protagonist notices that he is missing an arm, but the savior attaches a robotic prosthesis in its place. This is an unusual hand, capable of controlling any loose objects, including opponents' weapons.

As it turns out later, the central character is a conscript who agreed to a long cryogenic sleep while the spaceship flies to another planet. Suddenly, the warship crashes, and after that, the character's adventure begins. The user finds himself in a world full of mysteries and opponents. Laws on the planet do not welcome the guest and his friends. On the way, they will have to face numerous opponents and policemen. With the help of a futuristic hand, the ward is able to interact with the environment, take away opponents' equipment or throw objects at them.
